ONE person has died and two people have been seriously injured in a spate of serious traffic incidents over the past two weeks.
A trail bike rider remains in a coma in intensive care at Royal Perth Hospital after he was flung from his bike on October 30.
Police alleged the motor cycle struck a small limestone retaining wall and the rider, who was not wearing a helmet, was thrown into a brick pillar, receiving serious injuries.
A 28-year-old Pinjarra man has died after he was struck by a car while riding his motorcycle on Sunday at about 5pm.
The man was riding on Lakes Road, Parklands, near the intersection of Lakes and Stock Road when a collision occurred with a Holden Commodore wagon driven by a 36-year-old Parklands woman.
As a result of his injuries the rider died of his injuries at the scene.
Major crash investigations are investigating.
A 42-year-old Falcon man is in a critical condition after he was struck by a car while riding a bicycle on Tuesday.
Police allege the man rode in front of a Peugeot driven by a 33-year-old male from Pemberton while crossing the road outside Miami Shopping Centre in Falcon.
The rider suffered serious head injuries.
The driver of the Peugeot was shaken but uninjured.
He was taken to Peel Health Campus by ambulance before he was airlifted in a critical condition to Royal Perth Hospital.
